These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of cientos.app ("cientos"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use cientos.

cientos builds a Professional Twin from documents you provide and helps you match to roles and generate application materials. You agree to use cientos lawfully, to provide accurate information, to upload only content you have the right to use, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your details accurate and up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use cientos.

Paid plans are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar Software Inc., acting as the payment provider (Polar Software Inc.). By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to the buyer terms of Polar Software Inc..

Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or through the Merchant of Record.

cientos, including its software, design, and content, is owned by cientos.app and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the documents and content you upload, and you grant cientos a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

cientos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. cientos does not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cientos.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of cientos after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
